Through shared learning, we deepen our awareness of social injustice and strengthen our commitment to its opposite. Join us in reading and discussing (±40 pages at a time) An Indigenous People’s History of the United States by acclaimed historian and activist Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz. Spanning 400 years, this winner of the 2015 American Book Award “radically reframes US history and explodes the silences that have haunted our national narrative.” For more info, reach out to group members Lita Clearsky, Darcy Levy, Judith McCoy, Junko Rich, Vreni Schnirman, Marilyn Schulman, and Onnolee Stevens.

This group is group led. For more info, contact darcylevy@comcast.net, currently serving as point person for our group.
