Join us for an engaging and informative session on healthy habits, with a particular focus on the importance of nutrition. As we age, our nutritional needs evolve, making it essential to adopt eating habits that support overall well-being, energy levels, and disease prevention. This event is designed to provide seniors, caregivers, and all health-conscious individuals with practical insights into maintaining a balanced diet that promotes longevity and vitality.

In this session, Dr. Jeffrey Pierce will discuss key topics such as:

  • How to optimize your diet to prevent, treat, and sometimes reverse chronic illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, and cognitive decline
  • What 8 additional habits will help you minimize illness and maximize vitality
  • How to manage common dietary challenges such as reduced appetite and digestive issues
  • What tips and tricks will make healthy choices easy, fun, and affordable

Attendees will leave with practical tips, meal ideas, and strategies to make nutritious eating enjoyable and accessible. Whether you're looking to improve your diet or support a loved one, this presentation will provide valuable guidance tailored to the unique needs of older adults.

There will be a Q&A session at the end, allowing participants to ask plenty of questions and receive expert advice.
