This year, on our 10th Anniversary, the board and leadership of The Village Network of Petaluma has entered into a strategic planning process to help us plan for future growth in expanded membership and in new and vital programs. 

The vision is that this plan will guide us over the next three to five years in making wise decisions on several key areas that will affect the sustainability of our community. 

Towards that end, we’ve scheduled two forums to discuss the opportunities and challenges that the strategic plan will address. Our consultant, Eric Ryan, from Mission Met, will facilitate these discussions. Your input is essential to the success of our planning process!
