Our goal for this 8-week series is to cultivate compassion, gratitude, and nonjudgmental awareness as we bring a measure of calm and relaxation to our moments. Each week will include a selected reading and a guided meditation with time in between for participants’ sharing.
The Mindfulness-Based Meditation series is led by Dr. Freeman Humphrey, a retired psychiatric social worker with many years’ in-depth experience in guided meditation and group facilitation.
