This series runs March 3 - April 7.
In this new Interest Group, we will expore what optimal mental health and behavior might look like in older women. We will start with a discussion group around the issues that many older women deal with daily. Many topics offer a gold mine for personal growth and development, such as:
**Aging**Being Alone**Money Management**Adult Kids**Being in the Caretaker Role**Finding Purpose** Bereavement**Sexuality**What Really Matters**
The direction will be responsive to the needs and interests of the group members and will be facilitated for equal sharing and conversation. Initial meetings will be conducted over Zoom, though the group will eventually meet in-person, as the Village reopens.
People on the waitlist may join the next series. Additional groups may be added depending on demand.
